Notes

I’m so proud!

My father-in-law, Bob Doerring, sang the National Anthem, without any craziness : )   ,   at the Iowa Speedway at the July race.  Kyle Busch, Matt Kenseth and Newton’s own Jill George were some race favorites that day!   Go Jill!   At 71 years old, Bob’s  voice is as sweet and strong as ever!    I was so proud of him and very much hiding […]

Peter Mayer Hello Amy
I’m Peter from Munich / Germany. I’m sure you are a bit surprised to get a mail from me. I was looking for Bob and Marva Doerring in Newton/Iowa and I found the pictures of Bob on your homepage. I’m not sure but I think that your father in law is the Bob which I met during a holiday in 2000. We came together on campground in Drumheller CA.
We had a nice contact by mail and e-mail until 2003. I found a lot of things about the German rootes of the Doerring family. Then I lost all the contact data because my computer had a crash. I would be very happy if you could say me if it is the Bob what I am looking for.

Thank You very much
Best regards
Peter
