Mr. T
Please pray….
I knew it was coming but….. Daddy will be leaving for duty for the second time. He was overseas when baby #2 was born but did get to come home for the birth and pictures : ) . He now leaves again and having three at home is certainly different.
Please pray for my dear friend as she faces a winter of plowing, driving to her job, parenting her precious kids and always always keeping her head and spirits up. She will do it with a smile on her face and in her voice. She is amazing and I love her! Please pray for Daddy for a successful tour and his safe return. You are all very precious to me.
Oh and this Daddy loves to share his old MREs with my Cole. Coley absolutely loves them and has an amazing time preparing them.
For the Newton people, this family is the same one that is in the main hallway at the Skiff hospital Hospice wing. Same dog tags, same muscles ; ) (did I say that?) . I remember was I clicked the shutter looking down at that tag and seeing ‘Lutheran’. I know what the tags are for and it just took my breath away at that moment. Thank you L family for all your service, each of you.
We were careful that the helmut would not get ‘wet’. We were sure that the desert heat and baby ‘wet’ would not be good.
Godspeed C. Come home soon!
Here puppy….
William has been in my studio a few times : ) and I am always excited to see him. This time, he brought me candy!
If this face doesn’t make you smile, well…..
I found this tiny part of a bigger picture so the quality may be yuck…..
I think William has Grandpa’s smile and has totally taken his heart. They are the best buddies!
Sweet little girls!
I’ve been asked when I was going to blog again…. : )
Meet Aiden and Addie. Wombmates like some twins like to be called. Mommy and I have been talking about this session for months and finally, no sickness and no hospitals, just sweet squishy babies. I have been reading their Carepage for some time and it was such as sweet pleasure to have them all to myself for a few hours.
Thinking back to when my boys were little, they spent much of the time in my arms. It is where they felt best and of course where I felt best. Many times they would have their chest to mine and looking backwards. I could never see how they looked but I could certainly feel it. With that thought, I love to photograph babies looking over their parents’ shoulders. You are right, I can’t see their parents’ faces but I can feel their comfort and see that this is a place where they belong. Soon, Aiden and Addie will be racing around but for now, they are comfortable, exactly where they should be.
The girls were born at 30 weeks each weighing 3+ pounds. Addie has been fighting health concerns having I think 5 surgeries her parents said. She is a fighter and the prognosis is great!
Addie’s hands move constantly. She seems to like them and my camera did too!
Aiden - Don’t you just love boy names for girls! I photographed a Devyn, Charlie and a Kiegan all girls. Love that!
Aiden found her tongue in the last few days. She loved showing it to me!
Looking back at their early pictures in the hospital, I know what a miracle they are! Tonya - We did it!!!!!
