tractor, his birthday is even coming up, he’ll be 64. It was one of those calls. ‘I bought something’. They have all dreamed of the day we would have a tractor. Not just any tractor. A John Deere Model D. And not just any John Deere, a John Deere Model D restored by Bill Zegers. Bill is in his early 80s and had the John Deere dealership in Newton. He has retored tractors for years and we’ve all enjoyed his work. His work is amazing we are so excited to have one of his tractors, we love him!
This tractor won’t see too many fields but it will see a few parades each year, you know, the beautiful long stream of green and yellow. Can’t wait! Bill gave the signs to Bret after church today, I got teary.
