Every time I walk into the dairy farm I see this picture on an easel on the sales counter. It catches my eye, stops me and makes me want to look more. It always takes my brain a few seconds to catch up with my eye and remember, of course you dork, you took it. I love the texture of the hoops. I love the curds and their drips. I love the too bright windows in the back letting in glorious light to the work area. I love it that this gem is two miles from my house. I guess I just love it.
