Cole loooooooves octopus but hates brocolli, I just don’t get it. He’ll eat sardines and octopus in a can or eat it fresh. Yuck yuck yuck!!!!! Here is has octopus that my parents brought to him from the coolest store in Cincinatti called Jungle Jims. When Cole learned they would be there, he turned on the charm. He is a happy boy!
When Kyle was just starting to eat table food I bought a set of blue Tupperware plates. They have been used and abused in the dishwasher, in the microwave, cut on, thrown on the floor etc. They don’t look nice. They don’t look nice at all. I figured when the boys got older I would toss them out and they would always use our every day dishes. I just never got around to ditching the dishes. Someone encouraged us to get new plates, we all looked at her and were shocked and said loudly “No”! My heart swelled knowing that we all were attached to those plates. When I served the boys mac and cheese etc on those plates, I didn’t think for one minute Cole would one day be eating octopus on them. Yikes!
