So fun to see…..

the local girl doing such great things!   I don’t get to see morning tv as much with the summer crazies but happened to see Sara talking about a camp for kids dealing with parental loss.  It touched my heart.

Sara is the reason my friend Kara was on the Today Show six years ago as a middle schooler.    I’d love to see that video again.  Laughing today thinking about the topic of which I pray she had no expertise ; )  lol you have to guess the topic.  Yikes.

Anyway, way to go Sara, you make your town and your neighborhood proud!

Denise Brown – Yes this is an AMAZING camp! Jane and I are doing a benefit for Comfort Zone Camp on September 11! We are part of bringing the camp to NC!! Thanks for promoting! It’s for any child ages 7-17 that has not only lost a parent, but a sibling or caregiver. The first camp is already full, but there will be another soon! Totally free for the campers 🙂
